Task-Exchangeable Inference

Statistical inference with synthetic data through task exchangeability.

What it investigates

Task-Exchangeable Inference studies how synthetic tasks can support statistical estimation when their relationship to real tasks is made explicit.

Implementation record

The package tests exchangeability, constructs a kernel-reweighted reference distribution, applies a bias-correction path, and returns interval diagnostics. Public modules separate the exchangeability model, kernel matching, inference engine, diagnostics, data repository, and command-line interface.

Public record

The linked research item is the public source recorded for this Research Radar build. It provides context for the implementation; this page does not claim to reproduce its results. The repository and its documentation are the current public materials for inspecting the build itself.

Scope and limitations

Coverage and calibration depend on the stated exchangeability assumptions and the data used to test them. This reference does not make a universal guarantee for synthetic-data inference.
