Why a city, not a list
The pilot tests a full workflow rather than a one-time scrape: discovery, normalization, website collection, prioritization, enrichment, and persisted dossiers. Sioux Falls provides a bounded market for examining coverage and failure cases.
Current status
The data pipeline is operational as an internal pilot. The public record reports what was collected and produced; it does not announce a packaged offer, approved pricing, or results for customer deployments.
Provenance
How this work began
Automate Capture built this internal pipeline to study local-market discovery, prioritization, enrichment, and dossier generation. Build Sioux Falls is the public-facing initiative connected to the pilot. Packaging and commercial availability remain separate decisions.
The Research Radar Protocol is a proposed specification. This record does not claim an on-chain attestation.
